Contact and selection of experts

Application:
the applicant sends his request to Ecti headquarters or to an Ecti
representative by mail, e-mail, phone or fax.

Selection of candidates:
Ecti makes a pre-selection of one or several experts and submits their
“curriculum vitae” to the applicant for approval and final selection. |

Contract:
Once the expert has been selected and the financial conditions agreed up
on, a formal memorandum of agreement defining the assignment terms and
conditions is signed by the applicant, the expert and Ecti.

Expenses:
The applicant pays a contribution to Ecti’s overhead expenses and covers
all the costs incurred by the expert in connection with the assignment
(visa/travel/accommodation/food, etc.)
